As summer starts to slow down its hard not to find yourself in this weird slump until the holidays come and festivities start to get planned. Don’t worry! This year we have come up with some wonderful activities to do that involve the outdoors and some that even let you interact with nature!
We love the idea of creating a scavenger hunt outside to interact with what’s around you. The one created by Raising Seraphim is great for toddlers and our young learners who are very into touching and picking up items from the outdoors.
Perfectly fitting for a fun afternoon and there’s practically no cost involved. Create your very own DIY bowling lanes for a fun-filled game that is guaranteed to bring out everyone’s competitive streak. You can even create some cute score cards if you really want to go the extra mile. If standard bowling pins aren’t your thing, opt for butternut squash in keeping with the seasonal atmosphere.
Keeping with the outside games … Glow in the Dark Ring Toss. This would be great for kids of all ages especially if you wanted them to loose some energy before getting ready for bed.
