Spooktacular Sweet Tooth

For me personally no holiday season is complete without finding a couple new recipes to try.  These are the perfect family approved recipes filled with fun and lots of sugar for everyone to enjoy.

1. Sweet and Salty Halloween Munch Mix

This Halloween season we figured the perfect recipe would be simple to make, easy to store, great to give away, and yummy to munch on.  I chose a Halloween Munch Mix that is both sweet and a little bit salty, because that is such a nice combination. Wouldn’t you agree? Sweet, salty, crunchy and caramel-ie. That is what you will taste if you make this mix.

2. All-natural zombie brain cupcakes

This fun Halloween cupcake recipe and brain icing tutorial makes blood-red cupcakes that are all-natural — no, they do not contain real BRAINS — but they are made with basic ingredients and contain no artificial food coloring!

3. Ghost meringues

They are so easy to make. You only need a few supplies, some of which you most likely already have on hand. These ghost meringues are bound to impress at any Halloween party or celebration.

4. Chocolate gingerbread man mummy cookies

The thing I love about these mummy cookies is you don’t have to be an icing extraordinaire to make them look good. And it’s so easy even the kiddos can do it.

5. Mini Maple Pumpkin Pies

Create your own designs for eyes and grins on these pumpkins, just like when you carve a jack-o'-lantern!

6. Cranberry Pecan Pie Crust leaves

You bake the Cranberry-Pecan Crusts separately from the pot pie, adding them right before serving so they stay firm.

7. Easy pumpkin Krispies treats

8. Mini Caramel Apple Bites

Use butterscotch chips.. Caramel wont stick to apple part, or dip in chocolate first, let harden then caramel, Or try freezing after dipping in caramel.
